The First Ford Broncos Touch Down In The UK, But They’re Priced From $61,000 To $115,000

The Ford Bronco, probably the most desirable SUV on sale today, isn’t technically available in the UK market. However, luxury car specialist Clive Sutton, a dealership known for importing American cars across the pond, has announced that they will now be selling the Bronco the same way.

They plan to sell these imported Broncos for £45,000 to £85,000 ($61,244 to $115,684) depending on specification, which is already around the asking price of some Broncos in the US after the ridiculous industry-wide markups. But even if we’re not talking market-adjusted prices, the point of entry for these UK Broncos is over $10,000 more than the starting price of the most expensive US Bronco, a 4-Door Wildtrak.

Keep in mind that of the three Bronco’s currently in Clive Sutton’s inventory, none of them have the 6-cylinder engine, a manual transmission, or the Sasquatch off-road package, yet the cheapest of them still starts at £69,950 ($95,169), or just over $25,000 more than the starting price of the upcoming Bronco Raptor. The other two Broncos in their inventory are both listed for a whopping £75,000 ($102,010).

Nevertheless, this is essentially the only way to get your hands on a Bronco in the UK, so for the right person, it could just be worth it, especially since the dealership is handling all import requirements, shipping, taxes, and registration, and is providing buyers with a comprehensive 2-year/30,000-mile warranty.

“As soon as Ford announced the new Bronco 4×4 SUV, we had enquiries from customers far and wide,” said the dealership in a release. “Alongside our core luxury and supercar services, we pride ourselves on being the first to bring the most desirable models to the UK from the US. The Bronco offers British buyers a way to stand out from the crowd in a vehicle that is as capable as it is distinctive.”
