While SUVs and crossovers are all the rage nowadays, Cadillac is working on an all-new generation of the CT6 sedan and has been spied testing it for the very first time.
It is understood that the new CT6 will be built on the automaker’s VSS-R platform that will underpin rear-wheel drive based models and incorporates elements from the Omega platform. While we don’t yet know the exact measurements for the new car, it appears to be similar in size to the first-generation CT6.
Some notable styling changes are thought to have been made, even though many of them are hidden by the camouflage and thick body cladding of this prototype. Up front, the sedan is expected to feature dramatic headlights with horizontal and vertical elements, much like its predecessor, albeit updated to look even more modern. Similar updates can be expected with the taillights.
