McLaren’s Bespoke 720S Spider And GT Models Showcase What MSO Can Do With Interiors

We’ve become quite accustomed to seeing brightly-colored cars from McLaren over the years but these two models up for sale from McLaren Charlotte don’t stand out because of their paint schemes but rather because of their interiors.

The first of the two is a 2022 720S Spider. It is painted in a simple shade dubbed Onyx Black and sits on 10-spoke lightweight forged wheels. There are also a set of carbon-ceramic brakes with purple calipers, virtually the only bit of color on the exterior.

What makes this 720S Spider unique is the fact that it has an all-purple interior crafted by McLaren Special Operations at a cost of $11,625. The purple leather adorns almost every square inch of the interior, including the seats, transmission tunnel, dashboard, door panels, pillars, and parts of the side sills. The listing notes that the cabin also has a number of carbon fiber options.

The 720S Spider has been driven 651 miles (1,047 km) since leaving the factory and has a $399,996 asking price.

As for the second model in question, it is a 2022 GT and is also finished in Onyx Black. It too has carbon-ceramic brakes but sits on wheels with a gloss black finish and has yellow calipers. The interior is then bathed in yellow leather as part of a $10,630 MSO option package and whereas the purple of the 720S was offset by some carbon fiber parts, the interior of the GT rocks some silver and gloss black accents to somewhat tone down the yellow but we imagine that sunglasses will be a mandatory accessory for the driver.

The listing notes that the GT also features an optional panoramic privacy glass roof and MSO Bespoke seatbelts. It has been driven a measly 22 miles (35 km) and has an asking price of $281,025.
