Lexus Teams Up With Resorts And Spas To Create “Wellness Experiences” For Its Customers

Lexus has looked at the world and decided that what it needs is a little more “wellness” so it has partnered with four luxury hospitality and wellness resorts in the U.S. to create Lexus Wellness Destinations.

“After the last couple of years we have all experienced, it’s no surprise to see the focus on self-care paired with the desire to get away resulting in demand for wellness travel,” says Vinay Shahani, Lexus vice president of marketing. “As a luxury lifestyle brand, Lexus is meeting this need by offering curated, integrative experiences that focus on wellbeing at award-winning destinations.”

The experiences will be hosted at the Cal-a-Vie Health Spa in Southern California and at all four Miraval Resorts and Spas in Arizona, Texas, and the Berkshires. The packages vary in price and intensity but all have been curated by Lexus and come with complimentary transportation for the guest.

The experience at the Cal-a-Vie Health spa is the most extravagant of the four, ringing in at $7,300 per person, though Lexus owners get a VIP welcome gift and 10 percent off. Named the “Lexus Living in Luxury Package, the experience happens over four nights at a Mediterranian-style villa.

The package includes all meals and nutrition breaks that feature gourmet spa cuisine, a cryotherapy session, a BodPod session, one specialty spa treatment, one rejuvenating facial, two 50-minute massages, a private fitness session, full spa amenities, a meditation ceremony, and, of course, complimentary transportation from the San Diego airport in a Lexus.

The packages from the Miraval Resorts are a little less intensive but only cost $495 per person as a result. The one-day experiences range in length from six to eight hours with highlights including an “intention-setting ceremony” whatever that is, scenic drives to various destinations for hiking, biking, and swimming expeditions, and a chef-prepared picnic lunch with a locally oriented activity, such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or birdwatching.
